Stage 1
Section Registration and Deposit Payment – By 31st October 2025
- Register sections on the booking portal
- Add estimated numbers
- Book Tables, Toilets & Chairs
- Pay your deposit and your initial booking is confirmed

Stage 2
Data Entry – Opens 14th November 2025 and must be completed by 12th December 2025
- Enter basic details for all attendees (Adults & Young People) – Participant Name & Date of Birth
- Optionally you can link the booking portal to Online Scout Manager (OSM) to assist with this stage
Stage 3
Final Payments – by 20th February 2026
- Pay outstanding balance for all bookings.
Stage 4
Final Booking Tweaks – opens 23rd March 2026 and closes on 30th March 2026
- For those last minute new members who want to join the adventure
- Each section can add a maximum of 2 young people and an unlimited number of volunteers during this window. The details on how to do this will be shared in March 2026
- Payments for these additional young people must be in by 10th April 2026 alongside all relevant details & permission forms
Stage 5
Medical & Permission Forms – by 10th April 2026
- Ensure the event medical and permission forms within the booking system are completed for young people by parents/guardians directly and by the adult for all leaders/volunteers.
At the moment only stage 1 is live and this is all you need to do for the time being.
About Get In 2026!
We are thrilled to announce that Get In, our 'Festival of Scouting', will once again return for 2026!
When:
Friday 1st to Sunday 3rd May 2026.
Where:
The Ragley Estate, Alcester, B49 5NJ.
Who:
All members of Warwickshire Scouts, including: Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers & Network. There is also a small number of spaces available for Non-Warwickshire Scouts members.
What is Get In?
Get In is our 'Festival of Scouting' – a weekend long, activity based, camping event showcasing everything that we know and love about Scouts. Outdoors and in nature, camping, taking part in adventurous activities, learning new skills, meeting new people, making new friends, experiencing new things and making lifetime memories to name a few. In 2022 over 4500 members joined the event! Watch the event video here.
How much will it cost for Warwickshire Scouts members?
Full Weekend (£25 Deposit Required)
£72 for young people arriving via a car.
£65 for young people arriving via coach or minibus.
Saturday Day Only Ticket (£10 Deposit Required)
£35 for young people arriving via a car.
£30 for young people arriving by coach or minibus
These costs are the 'entry fee' to the camp – groups will need to add on additional costs to cover travel, food and any other costs incurred as part of this event.
How much will it cost for Non-Warwickshire Scouts members?
Full Weekend (£25 Deposit Required)
£85 for young people arriving via a car.
£78 for young people arriving via coach or minibus.
Saturday Day Only Ticket (£10 Deposit Required)
£45 for young people arriving via a car.
£40 for young people arriving by coach or minibus

We are currently finalising details with suppliers and creating a catalog of merch items available. Once this is all ready an email will be sent out with details on how to place your order

We need volunteer support…
We are now looking to form our Event Team, the fantastic volunteer team of people who will turn Get In from an idea into a reality. From 4 hours planning each week to a few hours volunteering at the weekend itself, we are keen to welcome as many pairs of hands as possible – besides, extra hands make light(er)! work.
If you are able to offer your time, we'd really love to hear from you – find out more about the roles/responsibilities/tasks/skills that we need on our website along with the sign up form here. Please don't be put off by the formal structure, instead we'd encourage you to look into each of the event functions – what they'll be responsible for and decide how your skills & circumstances could support that area. The structure is there to help guide this process and get the right volunteers into the right areas. If you are still unsure, you can always declare your experiences/skills on the form and we'll do our best to place you.

Past events
Get In 2022
In 2022 we held Get In at Ragley Hall, in Alcester – West Warwickshire. Over 3500 participants attended, and enjoyed our six activity zones: INtime, INternational, INvigorate, INdustrial, INflame and IN-the-water. This was the largest overnight post-pandemic event in the UK at the time and our young people were thrilled to be back to enjoy scouting at its best! Get In 2018
In 2018 we held Get In! at Bramcote Barracks, Nuneaton. We had over 3000 people on site for a weekend of action and adventure, providing tonnes of fun and teaching our young people skills for life. The 2018 event was split into six zones; Active, Air, Earth, Fire, Space and Water. You can find our event video on YouTube here, or our photos from the event on our Facebook page!
