What is Get In 2026?
Get In is a weekend-long activity camp based in Warwickshire, run by Warwickshire Scouts. It will run from 1st-3rd May 2026, and is open to all sections! Beavers, Cubs, Scouts and Explorers can camp for the whole event and, for the first time, Squirrels can join us as day visitors on the 2nd May!
In 2022 over 3000 members joined the event, and there were over 100 activities. Watch the event video below
Where will the event take place?
Within the grounds of the Ragley Estate – Ragley Hall, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 5NJ
When does the event take place?
Friday 1st May to Sunday 3rd May 2026
What does it cost to attend?
The table below shoes the different ticket costs. Deposits are due by 31st October 2025 for each relevant ticket type.
These costs cover your camping and activities fees. As a group, you will need to add travel and food costs to this before telling your section how much you are charging. Please note, activities are only available for young people.
*Volunteers supporting the central team (or Network, DofE/KSA Residential) have the option to opt for meals to be provided throughout the weekend, this will incur a small cost which will be confirmed at the time of registration. Self catering will incur no fees.

Please add the below dates to your calendars – as we are using a new digital system, it is imperative that you are aware of the booking deadlines to ensure that you don't miss out!

What do Groups need to do?
Although this is a Warwickshire event and managed through their event Leadership team we do need group support to ensure everything that needs to happen does.
In September, how will bookings work?
The booking process will be different this time because everything will be dealt with through an online booking system which one person from each section will have the ability to access and manage.
