Adult Volunteer Activity Day & County AGM

30th September 2023, Alfrey Activity Centre

Volunteer Activity Day from 9am

We are delighted to get our amazing volunteers back together again, for an activity and training day at Alfrey Activity Centre.

There will be something for all volunteers on this day – old and new, and from every section. There will be the chance to try activities, learn new skills, and have some fun with your fellow volunteers.

There is no cost to you, and we’ll make sure you are fed during the day.

Warwickshire Scout Council Annual General Meeting from 4:30pm

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held following our Volunteer Activity Day, also at Alfrey Activity Centre.

All adults involved in Scouting in Warwickshire are cordially invited to attend. There will be tea and cake from 4pm.

BBQ and Campfire

We will conclude the day with a BBQ and a Campfire to say thank you, following the AGM.

Accommodation is available

For anyone wishing to stay on either the Friday night and/oor the Saturday evening, accommodation is available at Alfrey as either bunks in the accommodation block (limited) or camping. We aren’t able to provide food on Friday or Sunday, but kitchen facilities are available.
