The County Team leads and inspires volunteers to give young people great experiences and skills for life. They make sure their County teams are organised, have enough volunteers, and can deliver a great programme.

Selection process for Trustees
Our Constitution, as defined in Section 5.c3 of Policy, Organisation and Rules detail who are our Trustees and how they are selected..
Our selection process for Trustees and the application form can be found here for reference. When we need to appoint further Trustees we will follow this process. There are currently no vacancies for Trustees on our board.

Warwickshire representatives to the Council of the Scout Association
Policy, Organisation and Rules defines that Warwickshire has four representatives to the Council of the Scout Association.
Two representatives are ex officio:
- Paul Wakeley, County Lead Volunteer
- Zoë Hawyes, County Youth Lead
Two further representatives are chosen by the Warwickshire Scout Council AGM for up to a three year term. The current members are:
- Nigel Hailey, Nominated member (until September 2026 AGM)
- Drew Sangster, Nominated member (18-25, until September 2027 AGM)
