All Enquiries for bookings need to go via the booking secretary. This can be done either via the post, our online enquiry form, by phone 07973 820192, or via email see our address below. The booking secretary picks up both the telephone messages and email requests on a regular basis. These are returned as soon as possible. Bookings must only be made with the Booking Secretary. An enquiry will be pencilled in for no more than 4 weeks. If this is not confirmed with a booking form and deposit, then this will be cancelled. Once a booking form and deposit has been received then it will be confirmed.
Deposits are £100 for a Full Site Booking, £50.00 For each of the larger buildings, £30 for the smaller building, or £20.00 if only camping or day visitors.
In the event of a cancellation of booking or reducing your booking, if less than 4 weeks before the event, and we are unable to re-hire the accommodation you will be charged at the rates for your original booking. For example if you had booked both the Alfrey and Aylesford and reduced it to just the Aylesford, if we don’t get a booking for the other building, then you would be charged for both buildings, camp fees will be charged at the normal rates.
The remainder of your bill, should be paid on the last day of your booking when the final invoice can be calculated. If you organisation can only issue payments once an invoice has been raised, please let us know at time of booking and we will issue a proforma invoice and then adjust accordingly. All bookings should be paid prior to your departure, so please ensure you have a method of payment.
